What are your UK & International delivery charges?

 

We pack & post the same working day (on orders received before 2pm), or else within 24 hours.

Glamour Empire Ltd retains Royal Mail and DPD courier as their trusted carriers which allows two delivery options for UK and International customers.

UK DELIVERY:

 

STANDARD DELIVERY - from £4.99 per order for parcels up to 2 kg, will take up to 3-5 working days

for post codes: BT, KW, IM, HS, ZE, IV, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scotland - standard delivery is 7.00

EXPRESS DELIVERY - £10.50 per order, will take up to 1-3 working days, must order prior to 8 am for next day service.

EXPRESS DELIVERY zone B - Northern Ireland, Scotland - £10.50 per order, will take up to 1-3 working days, must order prior to 1 pm for next day service.

Available between Monday to Friday.

Orders must be placed before 13:00 to ensure next day delivery.

 

A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.

Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays therefore your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Different International delivery options are available dependent on country;

 

 

International Tracked Delivery - from £18.00

International Shipping & Customs Duty Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re delighted to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. Please note the following important information regarding customs duties and taxes for international shipments:

  • Responsibility of the Customer: For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs at checkout.

  • Customs Procedures: All international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities in the destination country. Any delays caused by customs clearance or additional charges levied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Pay Duties and Taxes

  • The customs duties and taxes are typically due upon delivery of your order. You may be contacted by your local customs office or the carrier for instructions on how to make the payment. These charges must be settled before you can receive your package.

  • We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office or local carrier for more information on potential duties, taxes, and customs procedures before placing your order.

Order Refusals

  • If a customer refuses to accept a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes, or if the shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, the customer may be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the items to us, as well as any additional handling or shipping charges.

How soon after I have placed my order should I expect to receive my clothes?

Orders placed before 2pm will be posted that day. Orders placed after that time may be posted that day but it may be the following working day. Please contact us if you need something next day but you think you may have missed our despatch cut off time. We will do all we can to send it out to you that day.

UK

Items sent by our standard delivery service should arrive within 3-5 working days of being despatched. Standard Delivery orders will be delivered via Royal Mail.

We offer a next day delivery service. Next Day Delivery orders will be delivered via DPD.

Unfortunately next day delivery is not available to the following post codes and may incur an additional day's delivery time:

For orders placed Mon-Fri: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49 PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3
