Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy under the following terms:

Returns Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns for items within 28 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Return Costs: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the return is received safely.
  • Return Method: Returns can be made via any courier of your choice, and you are welcome to choose the most convenient or cost-effective method for you. 

     

    To return an item, just fill in the returns form on your despatch note and post the goods to the following address:

How should I send it?

We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date. Additionally, any duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject and return to sender any parcels with charges, or to deduct the amount from the refund due. 

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we advise placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This allows for a quicker processing time.

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds: Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of us receiving the goods back. Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a return label.
