- How do I return a product?
Returns are free for UK customers only - please use the pre-paid shipping label included in your package.
Happy Mama do not offer pre-paid international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.
To return an item, just fill in the returns form on your despatch note and post the goods to the following address:

All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact, suitable for re –sale.
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
- How should I send it?
We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date. Additionally, any duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject and return to sender any parcels with charges, or to deduct the amount from the refund due.
- How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of us receiving the goods back.
Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, PayPal).
- The item I received is faulty
The faulty item must be sent back to us in new condition and unused, we are not able to accept fault on used item purchased over 3 months ago.
